Doblegar Iniciativas Empresariales S.L., from now on Doblegar Group, has taken a number of essential measures for a suitable protection policy on privacy and confidentiality of the data received, stored and/or processed from customers. These measures were devised as immediate protection tools for personal data transferred by Doblegar Group’s customers, as well as support so that customers can obtain full information on any aspect related to the gathering and processing of the said data from Doblegar Group.

Doblegar Group bases its development in the absolute respect to confidentiality and privacy of the personal data gathered and processed from its users, so that customers may know at all times what personal information is in the possession of Doblegar Group, and how is it being used. Also, all that additional information that we may receive will be exclusively aimed at improving the service.

To do so, Doblegar Group has included in its contracts for all of the services offered, a clause devoted to the personal data protection regime.

In order to reinforce its commitment to the respect for the privacy of its customers, Doblegar Group, as a member of the Asociación Española de Comercio Electrónico (Spanish Association for Electronic Commerce), is fully committed to fulfill the Conduct Code established by that Association.
